Time to relax

Once a week we have a session of tutorial, we have had several relaxation sessions, which have taught us different techniques to relax and memorize things in a better way. The teacher also taught us to relax by massaging with bamboo sticks. The benefits of relaxation are:

  • Deeper rest.

  • Decreases heart rate.

  • Increased resistance to diseases.

  • Increased energy level.

  • Decreased stress.

Other Secondary groups also had a similar activity with an expert, so we have all had several sessions to learn how to relax efficiently.

Our class also had a weekly activity. Every Thursday after the break we have 20 minutes to relax with our tutor, in which we do breathing, massage and muscle activation by moving.

In our opinion it is a productive activity and it will help us a lot in our school performance besides having fun together in a relaxing atmosphere.
